3D paper sculptures by Olga Skorokhod

The power and beauty of nature give her energy and inspiration for each future project.

Olga Skorokhod is an Oregon based artist.

The power and beauty of nature give her energy and inspiration for each future project. Olga works only with white paper.  She gives a texture to smooth white sheets of paper using a surgical blade and layers them for depth. For adding color and more depth in sculptures she uses colored film between paper layers. The paper sculpture techniques give the artwork an illusion of 3D.

She says, “I’m trying to make the world more beautiful and interesting with the help of art. I want to make people happier and to fill their everyday life with vivid emotions and interesting things.”
