As a self-taught artist, my approach to art is unorthodox. I do not attempt to follow the traditional “rules” of art.
In fact most of my paintings often contain bold brush strokes and bright colors. My color selection is mostly based upon what the subject makes me feel, as opposed to the “real” colors of the subject. For me art is an instrument to propagate ideas.
In this series I try to resonate how it would be if there was a war between colors. A war which has only one winner, one color, trying to stand out among all other on the canvas.
