I try to ignore what I know and just feel.
I draw to express the world I feel. I don’t think about what I will do, I don’t know what it will look like, what I will use. I like the touch of paper, paying attention to it’s texture while my hands work separately from my brain. I do not follow my imagination or my thoughts, I try to ignore what I know and just feel.
Putting things through our filter of knowledge only limits them, robbing us of the information and experience we all long for. Let’s not limit ourselves to what we already know, better yet let’s explore an other world, one that each individual experiences differently, using the same means, interpreting art their own way.
