Marika Rich. Sculptress
Marika Ricchi was born in Cesena in 1987.
He has participated in several competitions, personal and collective exhibitions.

He received his I degree in the Academy of Fine Arts in Bologna with a sculpture address, later attended the High School for Artistic Techniques Techniques at the TAM Center in Pietrarubbia and the Sculpture Course of the Biennio Specialista At the Academy of Fine Arts in Urbino, where he also worked as a tutor for the section of sculpture and obtained for aa 2014- 2015 the II level diploma.
Winner of the Franco Zeffirelli scholarship, he completed his training at the Academy of Art of the Newington Cropsey Foundation in Hastings on Hudson (NY) and the Art Student’s League in New York.
In 2014, she started her first solo title “Untitled 2014” within the spaces of the “Kunsthalle Academy” at the Academy of Fine Arts in Urbino. It is of 2015 “A Comfortable Bed”, second staff where he presents a selection of unpublished works in the Studio Toselli of Bologna. A new search that sees marble as the essential hub of conceptual works of great appeal.
Numerous in these years are the participation in important collective exhibitions such as Garten 2016, at the Villa Rovere di Correggio (Reggio Emilia), the Combat Prize of Livorno and the Catel Prize of Frascati.
It is invited in 2015 to attend the Sculpture Biennial of Piazzola sul Brenta (Vicenza). Also in 2015, “Nutrimentum” is inaugurated at the Grotto of the Abundance of Urbino, which has been re-designed inside the Bourbon Fortress of Civitella del Tronto, where there is an important installation on the scents and essences and “Man and Spirituality” in the suggestive frame Of villa Necchi di Gambolò, (Pavia). In May of the same year he won the international sculpture award Edgardo Mannucci in Arcevia (Ancona).
The debut of 2014 is when it is invited to participate in the Biennial of Creative Art in the church of San Salvatore di Viterbo.
He currently lives and works between Rimini and Reggio Emilia
