Alena Martsyanava Introducing TRAM.
Alena Martsyanava – an artist from Belarus. Half professional (finished only a children’s art school in hometown Cherven, Minsk district, Belarus. Started drawing at the age of 4, finished Cherven art school in her mid teens.
But never went to continue with professional art studying. Having graduated from Minsk State Linguistic University went to Germany where she did portraits for various people and some own works.
Became an active artist after numerous travels. Thus mainly painting cities, towns, sometimes, nature and still lives. Had a few successful exhibitions in Belarus. Many works are sold around the world. Mainly in the USA, there are a few canvases in Ireland, in the UK, in Belgium, the Netherlands, Russia.
She defines her style as modern impressionism and calls her works pieces of décor (or interior design) rather than classical art works. Another specialty about Alena’s works is upside-down-paintings which one can place any way they want.
