I am a visual artist living in Regional New South Wales Australia. I paint and draw in response to compositions and people that I connect with in my daily life. There is a restless energy and a touch of impressionism in my work. The love of drawing from life shows in my subject matter. Recently I held an important solo exhibition at Stanthorpe Regional Art Gallery showcasing RAW JAM – an immersive experience of music, friendship and pub culture. Art has always been my life. A designer in Sydney then a move into Adult Education encouraged me into my own art practice. Now I work in my two studios, one outside, one inside, as well as running outdoor adult and children art workshops in between teaching at a number of local schools.
My work has exhibited in many solo and group shows in the New England Region, as well as Sydney. Two large works on paper have recently been used to raise funds for NSW Regional Arts, and Gumtree Greys Rescue Organisation. Two of my works are traveling to Italy to be in The Kangaroos Visit Rome tour in November.
