Second part of “Musical World” series is dedicated to special rhythmic vibrations of different musical tempos.
Largo assai – slowest and most regular variation of the Largo tempo. Energetically this tempo provides strong basis for best evolution of all other characters. Similar to reliable point of support, the slow Largo assai tempo is required to make takeoff.
Largo – Slowest, most prolonged and strict tempo of musical character. Slow waves of Largo, gradually swaying, create power, volume and regularity. In the picture, the energy flow of Largo tempo is a mirrored multicolored spiral slowly unfolding and basing a solid foundation for future more energetic musical tempos and characters. According to the author, this pattern can be connected with all the other pictures of the cycle depicting the musical tempos.
Adagio – a slow, calm and measured pace of the music, the second level of the major musical movements, a little bit faster than largo. Energetically Adagio creates a mood for a high and pure harmony, constant growth and renewal.
Andante, the tempo of joyful walk, quiet joy without rush. Walk without fuss, with periodic immersion in contemplation, with findings and subsequent adoration, with a slowdown to admire in a particularly beautiful places. Just what gives inspiration to the artist.
Moderato – the tempo of the tense pace. The tempo of musical character spending energy prudently and reasonably. The energy flow is restrained with elaborate and failsafe method issuing clusters of sound by rigid continuous portions which nevertheless all the time trying to get out of control growing and exploding with spontaneous power.
Allegretto – joyful, lively, dancing tempo, walk with jumping and running. Energetically it is the very moment when the previous swaying motion start to impact upper most fluid energy layers, causing most inspiring and unexpected consequences.
