Nikita Sagar’s Alice in wonderland inspired paintings.
This series of paintings depict each scene/stage in the story. I have always been fond of all things surreal and psychedelic and Alice in wonderland according to me is just that. She herself is unaware whether what she is experiencing is reality or not, what makes it even interesting is that another side of the story says that she was under the influence of hallucinogens.
This series of paintings depict each scene/stage in the story. I have used only acrylic paints as a medium on a stretched canvas. I love working in symmetry and that’s why I have chosen circle as my canvas shape.

Born in Mumbai, I received my Bachelors degree in Interior Design and Commerce in 2015.
As self-taught artist I’m turning my passion into my career along with working as an Interior Designer. I am constantly teaching myself how to draw and paint as I believe that art is a process and is something that constantly evolves with time and effort.
My work is vibrant with a use of highly contrasting colours. My paintings include psychedelic artwork which features kaleidoscopic patterns and surreal matter. I mostly use acrylic paints but always open to experimenting with newer mediums and different techniques.
