Born and raised in Armenia, I was surrounded by breathtaking nature full of colourful valleys and striking mountains. The memories of my early days inspire me to revisit my homeland through painting and create a world I wish to always remember. As an artist, I perceive the world as a conditionality, as something that we merely convinced ourselves to believe. Letting go of my logic and learnings of this world I allow myself to ignore the inertia of human perception about the physical world and to relish in my imagination – through painting I capture the fleeting glimpses of the vision of my mind.
