Observation of the world, daily stories, inspirations stolen by absent minded passengers: all this is Snow Globes
Small installations/bow-ties capsulize and isolate the people of these stories, exposing them to the curiosity of whom is observing.
They are thoughts that need to become shapes, private images documented through conventional objects.
These snow globes are windows that immortalize the hint of every day life, letting emerge the poetry hidden behind ordinary things: so simple yet so unique.
Snow Globes are made by the Italian artist Tanio Liotta (25 yo from Milan), already famous for his bow-ties, homage to his childhood spent in his grandfather’s tailor shop. He uses them as a canvas, building their shape with different techniques and materials. He works on them in order to create small installations in which recreate imaginary worlds taken out from everyday stories, memories and life emotions.
