Stones and life | Alberto Perini:
Alberto Perini portraits seascapes, pebbles and the undertow in its everlasting movement, that is a reference to the voice of waves, to the sound, sometimes sweet, sometimes nervous, of the blue expanse, the chief subject of his artistic strength.
Perini’s pebbles generate from his great manual skill and from a very hard technique – he completely works free-hand, without any photo-retouch and technological interferences. That leads to a three-dimensional effect that makes them closer to the observer – as if he could skim them over with his fingers, besides his look –; they contain and give back, intact, the author’s soul.
He exposed in Camogli, getting a great success from critics and public and, at present, his works are on show for Leonardus Bottega d’Arte, in Sestri Levante (Genova) and for the La Telaccia Gallery (Torino).
