Super fine paper cut works | Aya Hosokawa

Super fine paper cut works | Aya Hosokawa.

Aya Hosokawa, Japanese paper cut artist makes super fine lines with black paper.  She uses cutter knife and a piece of black Origami paper, and thats all.  Since works are very delicate and has super fine and thine lines, it is really difficult to lift up and take pictures without framing.

She is going to join to a group exhibition this summer at New York.  If you have interest and feel like to see more detail of her works, check her Facebook.

I use black paper for Origami.

I need to be really carefully not to tear off when I take pictures.

I made this for New Year Card. I scanned the piece of work with thick clear glass plate.

This is my work’s scanned date.
