In December of 2012 we went to Mérida, right at the beginning of the South American Andes in Venezuela. The highest point of this amazing mountain range is called Páramo. Here, the vegetation gets smaller and fog and cold wind are the masters. We drove through many small towns and rest along several rivers and lakes shores. Somehow, we came back home refreshed and recharged. Mountains have that special quality, it seems that get in touch with such huge beings in nature makes you get aligned with life.
