Western Landscapes by Michael Meredith

Michael Meredith lives and works in Flagstaff, AZ. He was raised in Murfreesboro, TN where he began painting landscapes at a young age.

After graduating from the Maryland Institute College of Art (2010), he headed west to work on conserving public land. He spent the next six years building trails, removing invasive species, and working with the public in the inspiring landscapes of our national parks and forests. Over this time he also has used these experiences to inform his artwork. His work, often views from his adventures in conservation, aims to share these special places with the viewer. In order to create an intimate experience these works are often small enough to fit in the palm of his hand.
