I am David Goldstein, a 37 years old franco-israeli photographer. I tend to explore the cities or landscapes where human beings live, to understand how they are trying to find their place in this world. Maybe because I did not completely find the answer myself. The series White Summer explores the confusion created by a minimalist approach of life and landscape. The black and white allows a large place for imagination : are the silhouettes ghosts or human beings ? are they standing on earth, on snow, or the sea ? All the pictures were taken in 2016, in Israel.
